I found this iPhone App for the famous BodyBuilding web-page.

What’s so cool about it is shows you video exercises of each muscles you want to workout or stretch.

You can access the web-page forum, have a friends list and a progress tracker where you can take pictures of your body and follow the progress on it.

Oxygen in Fihaheel

Still going to be pumping iron in Ramadan. So I’ve renewed my membership in Oxygen gym and i will be going in Ramadan, i’m not sure what would be the best time to go (just before breaking fast or after taraweeh prayer) i will try both and see what works out with me.

I got to know that there is another Oxygen gym in Fihaheel so i went yesterday to check it out. Check out the pictures below and comparison pictures on Oxygen gym in Adaleya to.

The one in Fihaheel is newer, a letter bit bigger but with no swimming pool and the free wights are in a basement which i don’t like. Yet the equipment are better and the wights are in KG which makes more science to me

The one in Adaleya has a swimming pool and all of it facilities are in one level ground floor but the wights are in Ib :/

Lately at the gym i was feeling like my body has reached a saturation point with the exercise i do, i need to change my work out now plus add higher wights and i did that yesterday … guess i need a pare of gloves :/ Gggrrrrr

Hi again and welcome to the second tips i have for the guys who want to perform better in the gym but before i begin i would like to introduce a very new blog that belongs to a friend of mine called BananaQ8 it’s all about guys life style specially in body appearance and gym tips after this post i’m plaining to have 3 video posts then i’ll leave it to him to show you how’s it done.

So let us start …

I didn’t do much post about my training because i couldn’t get pictures of the devices i’m using cause all of the guys around anyway the second schedule i had to do the back and legs with some abs. the above pic is a device for the back 3 sets are good with increasing wight every time, you have to pull wight that you can barely pull, barely do 8 to 10 repetition.

The above device is for the back also but the upper back. so yah just like you have an upper body and mid section and lower body this is to train the upper back.

before going to the legs training you have to complete 4 back training, i did them but i didn’t take pictures.

This device is for the Thais but it’s a bit unconformable when your on your belly doing the training.

Ok you have to do 3 trainings for the legs i only got a pic for one.

Now to start with “Abs” the above pic is for the first device i used for abs.

Abs! blog blog on the screen what’s the most difficult training of them all yup you go it. 4 devices each one 3 sets and you have to do them in a timely manner and there is lower abs, mid abs and upper abs. The pic above is for the lower ab where your back is fixed and you move your legs up and down. not to difficult.

I showed the above device in my previous post but this time i used some wights. it’s better to have increasing resistance on you abs training not just relay on your wight.

The device above is my last abs training and this one have pain written all over it, just looking at the pic makes me hurt :( i hate that device but i got to do it ;( as they say not pain no gain.

Ahh ~~ after i’m done of a full 1 hour training (which is the optimal duration for training) i go to burn calories and lose fat.

We visited the Crown plaza Aquatonic spa. It’s the only spa in the middle east with some unique features. i loss the information i had confused . I’ll re-collecting my information so please have a look at the clip as i’m doing so tongue

Update:

One of the great features of the Aquatonic pool is that it has about 15 sections in the pool each one with a specific use,  one is for burning calories another is for water massage. It has a great waterfall and rain shower in it.

Also there a hair salon for the ladies and a bride and a groom package you might need to check it out.

Back to the gym – gym tips -

Ok so i’m back at the gym again after 4 months of stoppage. It felt good see the guys again and working up a sweat.

It has been a week for may return pumping metal, the good thing that i build my body all naturally so the figure didn’t go quickly and after this week my body almost came back to its previous shape – will almost it needs more work out – except for some fat here and there.

Oxygen Bodybuilding Championship

Yesterday Oxygen gym organized national bodybuilding championship where winners will represent Kuwait in Asian bodybuilding championship. 1st & 2nd place winners will be treated like pro and have nothing to do but hitting the gym preparing for the tournament … Don’t be jealous, it is total torture! Shown above is Kuwati bodybuilder Ridha Al-Qabandi who won 1st place for 85kgs category.

During the event, there have been couple bodybuilding shows by American pro’s Toney Freeman & Dennis Wolf and the Egyptian Mohammed Salama. A youtuber, darkcrow1988, uploaded the 3 videos.

Top Worst Ice Cream Shake

They are just innocent devils! Recently, men’s health published 20 worst drinks in America  for the year 2010 .. Yes, I know we may not care about this in Kuwait but eventually we will do :)

Topping the list is the PB&C (Peanut Putter & Chocolate) shake by Cold Stone Creamery with total of 2,010 calories in their 24 oz. size (aka “gotta have it”) that is about 3 cups. According to men’s health, drinking PB&C shake is like having 30 chocolate chip cookies or about 68 bacon strips.

By the way, cold stone goods are considered high in calories specially if you would have them mixed with other toppings such as cookie dough … etc

I know what you’re thinking of! No, don’t consider this an excuse to continue your Pinkberry craze.
