The guys at The Proteges program did a flashmod freeze act in Emirates Mall, Dubai. The first freeze act has ever done in UAE and maybe in Middle East was in August 2008 in Mall of the Emirate but ended up with failure after only 4 people showed out of 1000 agreed to do it, check our post about Flashmod.
