I had a nice discussion with my friend thorny dragon from Un-Hyped about some social attitude we as humans have.

If we want to criticize some one not from a circle or group that we belong to we generalize our criticism to the hole circle or group that we are observing but when we are criticizing a person form our own circle or group we distinguish this person and not the circle or group.
