I don’t know if i have mentioned this in the blog before but in Kuwait car accidents are the 2nd reason of death in Kuwait ( don’t ask me what is the 1st reason i don’t know) and i almost never see police petrol’s on our roads we need them on there roads all the time everywhere Ministry of Interior (MOI) DO SOMETHING!
PS: for the people who don’t like in Kuwait this guy is not drunk or under the in influence of drugs Kuwaitis are just like that (@_@)

I think his brakes were broken and he was grinding against the partition to try to stop the car.
Yes some p told me maybe he can’t stop but I don’t agree coz he could have just shut off the engine that’s my conclusion.
