Hi again and welcome to the second tips i have for the guys who want to perform better in the gym but before i begin i would like to introduce a very new blog that belongs to a friend of mine called BananaQ8 it’s all about guys life style specially in body appearance and gym tips after this post i’m plaining to have 3 video posts then i’ll leave it to him to show you how’s it done.
So let us start …
I didn’t do much post about my training because i couldn’t get pictures of the devices i’m using cause all of the guys around anyway the second schedule i had to do the back and legs with some abs. the above pic is a device for the back 3 sets are good with increasing wight every time, you have to pull wight that you can barely pull, barely do 8 to 10 repetition.
The above device is for the back also but the upper back. so yah just like you have an upper body and mid section and lower body this is to train the upper back.
before going to the legs training you have to complete 4 back training, i did them but i didn’t take pictures.
This device is for the Thais but it’s a bit unconformable when your on your belly doing the training.
Ok you have to do 3 trainings for the legs i only got a pic for one.
Now to start with “Abs” the above pic is for the first device i used for abs.
Abs! blog blog on the screen what’s the most difficult training of them all yup you go it. 4 devices each one 3 sets and you have to do them in a timely manner and there is lower abs, mid abs and upper abs. The pic above is for the lower ab where your back is fixed and you move your legs up and down. not to difficult.
I showed the above device in my previous post but this time i used some wights. it’s better to have increasing resistance on you abs training not just relay on your wight.
The device above is my last abs training and this one have pain written all over it, just looking at the pic makes me hurt i hate that device but i got to do it ;( as they say not pain no gain.
Ahh ~~ after i’m done of a full 1 hour training (which is the optimal duration for training) i go to burn calories and lose fat.
