Mishref Oasis Walk

Mishref new walkway project “Oasis Walk” is ready. I think it’s the best walk in any residential area in the country, the place has many outdoors activity for the whole family starting from walking path to relaxation swing chairs (but you gotta bring some cushions) it also has artificial grass  football “soccer” fields i’m assuming they are for rent in addition to basketball, volleyball courts, 2 new kinds playgrounds .. What i like about this project, they thought of some of  new activities kids like these days like riding scooters and roller skating so they reserve special asphalted area for them.

The project was sponsored by Wataniya Telecom for facilities, entertainments, plantings and Ministry of Electricity & Water(MEW) for lightings and water network

Too many good things to do in Kuwait these days, Aymstrong & Nike Store has launched official Nike+ run club in Kuwait. it’s open for all runners lives in Kuwait who look for this type of community. Nike+ activities takes two times a week @ 6:30PM at Mishref track on Sunday & Hard Rock Cafe on Tuesday.

Jamie Oliver, British chef and UK restaurateur, does not like our eating habits we copied from West’s fast food culture! here’s what he said in  One Young World conference in Switzerland.

“There seems to be a trend with developing countries wanting to follow in the footsteps of the western world, and copy their patterns of fast food and consumerism,” and added “Pre-packed convenience food is seen as a symbol of being ‘modern’ in developing countries, but the problems it causes are long-term, and costly.”

Gym 2nd Schedule

Hi again and welcome to the second tips i have for the guys who want to perform better in the gym but before i begin i would like to introduce a very new blog that belongs to a friend of mine called BananaQ8 it’s all about guys life style specially in body appearance and gym tips after this post i’m plaining to have 3 video posts then i’ll leave it to him to show you how’s it done.

So let us start …

I didn’t do much post about my training because i couldn’t get pictures of the devices i’m using cause all of the guys around anyway the second schedule i had to do the back and legs with some abs. the above pic is a device for the back 3 sets are good with increasing wight every time, you have to pull wight that you can barely pull, barely do 8 to 10 repetition.

The above device is for the back also but the upper back. so yah just like you have an upper body and mid section and lower body this is to train the upper back.

before going to the legs training you have to complete 4 back training, i did them but i didn’t take pictures.

This device is for the Thais but it’s a bit unconformable when your on your belly doing the training.

Ok you have to do 3 trainings for the legs i only got a pic for one.

Now to start with “Abs” the above pic is for the first device i used for abs.

Abs! blog blog on the screen what’s the most difficult training of them all yup you go it. 4 devices each one 3 sets and you have to do them in a timely manner and there is lower abs, mid abs and upper abs. The pic above is for the lower ab where your back is fixed and you move your legs up and down. not to difficult.

I showed the above device in my previous post but this time i used some wights. it’s better to have increasing resistance on you abs training not just relay on your wight.

The device above is my last abs training and this one have pain written all over it, just looking at the pic makes me hurt :( i hate that device but i got to do it ;( as they say not pain no gain.

Ahh ~~ after i’m done of a full 1 hour training (which is the optimal duration for training) i go to burn calories and lose fat.

No, it’s not a question! It stands for the World Health Organization, part of the United Nations. In this site, you can find out the latest statistics and cases about most diseases affecting the world. Of them is the current menace worrying everyone- the swine flu. Here is a link to the case updates by country. Kuwait entered the list when 18 American soldiers were discovered to be infected with the virus. However, yesterday, 4 more cases were discovered….and the people infected are Kuwaiti citizens. The 4 are students studying in America. They must have come here for vacation.
